12 Eggs
1½ Cups Sugar
3/4 Tsp. Salt
1½ Tsp. Vanilla
7½ Cups Milk (Scalded)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Blend the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together. Gradually stir in milk.

Pour into custard cups and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Be sure custard is done completely by inserting knife and make sure it comes
out clean. Cool and refrigerate.
