7 to 8 Cups All-Purpose Flour
4 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Teaspoons Salt
4 pkgs. Rapid Rise Yeast
3 Tablespoons Crisco Shortening (melted)
2 1/2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine 5 cups of flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Heat milk and water in microwave for 3 minutes or until mixture reaches 110 degrees. Add melted shortening to the warm milk.

Gradually add to dry ingredients, mix with hand mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups more flour and beat for 2 minutes longer. Spoon in enough flour for a soft dough that is not sticky.

Put in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise.
