4 pork chops, or cut of your choice
cup wine vinegar
1 cup (6oz) frozen pineapple juice concentrate
3 Tbsp oil
cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp minced green pepper
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, juice, oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, green pepper, and salt in saucepan. Simmer 15 minutes. Place meat in shallow container or plastic bag; cover with marinade and place in refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Grill chops.
