1 cup flour
2 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
tsp ground black pepper
4 pork chops, bone-in
cup olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in shallow platter and add seasonings; mix. Pat pork chops dry and dredge in seasoned flour; shaking off excess. Heat a large saute pan/cast iron skillet over medium heat and coat with oil. Fry pork chops for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove pork chops from pan and add some seasoned flour to pan drippings. Add chicken broth; let the liquid cook down for 5 minutes to thicken slightly. Stir in cream to make a gravy and return pork chops to pan, covering with sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes until the pork is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
