8 pork tenderloin patties
cup flour
1 tsp salt
tsp garlic
tsp pepper
2-3 Tbsp hot shortening or oil

Wine Sauce:
2 cans golden mushroom soup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
tsp black pepper
cup dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge tenderloin in flour, 1 tsp salt, garlic powder & pepper. Brown patties in shortening; drain excess fat.

For wine sauce blend remaining all ingredients. Add sauce to patties and simmer over low heat 45 minutes or until meat is tender.

Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
