2 large potatoes, sliced
2-3 medium carrots, sliced
1- 16oz can peas, drained
3 medium onions, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 lb ground beef, browned
1- 10 oz can tomato soup
1- 10 oz can water
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place vegetables in layers according to order given. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Place ground beef on top of celery layer. Mix tomato soup with water and pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low, without stirring, 6-8 hours. Stir well before serving.
