1 doz. eggs
1 lb. bacon
1 - 8 oz. container sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon; drain, crumble, and set aside. In same pan, scramble eggs, leaving undercooked or slightly runny. Mix in sour cream. Put eggs in greased 9x9 pan and top with bacon, then shredded cheese. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes. Can be prepared the day before and kept, covered, in refrigerator overnight to be baked in the morning.
