stew meat or rump roast, cut into
chunks
potatoes
carrots
onions
water to cover
beef bouillon
1tsp salt
dash pepper
1 cup milk
cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel vegetables and cut into desired size chunks (approx. 1 to 1 inches square). Place vegetables and meat into a large pot and add water just to cover. Add 2 or 3 cubes of beef bouillon, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and then cover pot and turn down to a simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Mix milk and flour together with a whisk and slowly add to the beef and vegetable mixture, stir until thickened.
