4 - 5 lb brisket
1/2 cup vinegar
1 onion, sliced
3 bay leaves
salt and pepper
15 oz can beef broth

Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
6 dashes Worcestershire
4 dashes Tabasco
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in pan and cover with water. To water, add vinegar, onion, and bay leaves; refrigerate overnight. Remove brisket from marinade; season with salt and pepper. Place brisket into crock pot; add broth. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours; remove brisket from crock pot and cool slightly. Slice and place in 9x13 pan. Combine sauce ingredients, mixing until smooth. Pour over brisket in pan. Bake in a 350° oven for approximately 30 minutes.
