1 lb Italian sausage

2 pkg refrigerated pizza crust
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 Tbsp olive oil
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°.

Cook sausage 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink. Drain and return to pan. Add bell pepper, pizza sauce, and garlic; mix well.

Lightly flour a rectangular pan or baking stone. Unroll one package of pizza crust, gently stretching into a 10 x 14 inch rectangle. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over dough to form two lengthwise rows, leaving a 2 inch separation between rows down center and a 1 inch border around outside edges. Spread filling mixture evenly over both rows of cheese. Lay pepperoni slices over filling.

Unroll second package of pizza crust and carefully place over first crust. Match edges of dough around edges; press to seal around edges and down center. Brush top dough with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan. Cut slits in top of each calzone to vent.

Bake 22-25 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
