1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water

1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, corn starch, salt and water. Cook until thick. Mix with 1/2 c. sugar, egg yolks, some hot mixture and add to hot. Bring to boil then add lemon juice, lemon rind and butter. Pour into shell. Top with meringue.
