1 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
1/2 c. butter (melted)
1 c. brown sugar firmly packed
1 tsp. cinnamon

4 lg. c. rhubarb

Mix until crumbly. Press half of crumbs into 9 inch baking pan. Cover with 4 large cups of rhubarb.
 

TOPPING

2 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. white sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Cook until thick and clear. Pour over top of rhubarb and cover with remaining crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350º. Cut in squares and serve warm, plain or with whipped cream.
