1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can milk
1 8 oz. carton of sour cream
1 2 lb. pkg. of Oreida hash browns (thawed)
Shredded cheese (lots to top it)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Stir in hash browns, salt and pepper (the more pepper the better). Put in greased 9x13 pain and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350º for 1 1/4 hours. Take off aluminum foil, cover with cheese and bake for 15 minutes more. Let set before serving.
