2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. dark syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 qt. popped corn
1 c. dry roasted nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda. Pour over corn immediately. Bake in in slow oven of 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Store in tightly covered container. Freezes good.
