Ingredients:

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add oil and eggs to flour and beat. Add carrots. Bake in 2x9x13 pan. Bake at 350
 

FROSTING

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
vanilla
1 c. nuts

Directions:

Mix ingredients. Spread over baked cake and sprinkle with nuts.
