2- 10 ounce packages of cooked link breakfast sausages
15 eggs
2 cups croutons
2 cups milk
3 cups cheese
1/2-3/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 350º or 325º if using a glass baking dish

Cook sausages as directed and cool
Cut sausages into bite sized pieces
Chop green pepper
Beat eggs in bowl, add mild and salt to egg mixture

To assemble:
Grease bottom and sides of a 9X13 pan
Place sausages in bottom of pan
Add croutons, cheese and green pepper to pan
Pour egg mixture over above ingredients.
Cover pan with tin foil and place in refrigerator overnight

Bake for 1 ¼ hours or until egg bake is set.
(I bake covered for first 45 minutes and then uncovered).
