Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lb chicken wings
3 tbsp raw honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Sake (or substitute with Dry Sherry)
2 tsp Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking wine)

Directions:
Directions:
In a zip lock bag, add all ingredients and mix well. Marinate chicken wings for at least 30 - 0 minutes or overnight.
Preheat oven to 425º. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the chicken wings on the baking sheet. Make sure the chicken wings are not overlapping each other and the skin side is up. Pour the marinade liquid over top. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

Baste the chicken wings a couple of times during baking. If the chicken wings are done and the top is not browned, you can change the oven setting to broil until the top is nicely browned, If the top is browned too fast while baking, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil to stop the chicken from burning.

Serve immediately.
