1 lb ground beef
cup diced onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
dash pepper
1 can kidney beans, mashed
1 -14 oz bottle ketchup
1 small can chopped black olives
1-2 cups cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onion and seasonings. Drain. Add kidney beans, ketchup, olives, and cheese; mix well. heat in crock pot. Serve with Fritos.
