2 cups flour
cup vanilla pudding mix
tsp baking powder
tsp salt
tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
cup oil
cup milk
cup orange juice
cup chopped pecans
grated peel of 1 orange

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt & baking soda; set aside.
Cream together oil, sugar & eggs. Add alternately liquid and dry ingredients. Stir in pecans & orange peel.
Place in a prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 for 60 minuted or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
