2 cups flour
½ cup vanilla pudding mix
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup oil
½ cup milk
½ cup orange juice
½ cup chopped pecans
grated peel of 1 orange

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt & baking soda; set aside.
Cream together oil, sugar & eggs. Add alternately liquid and dry ingredients. Stir in pecans & orange peel.
Place in a prepared loaf pan and bake at 350° for 60 minuted or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
