4 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 cup lard
2 pkg yeast
4 eggs
3 tsp salt
12-15 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and sugar; bring up to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
Add lard and cool to lukewarm. Mix in yeast and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Beat in eggs and salt. Mix in flour, kneading until flour is incorporated and dough is elastic (When poked with a finger, dough will bounce back). Allow to rise for 6-8 hours until at least double; punch down. Allow to rise another 6-8 hours; punch down. Pinch off 1-2 inch pieces of dough; shape into rolls. Place on greased pans or cookie sheets; cover with towel and allow to set overnight at room temperature. Bake the next morning in a 350° oven until golden brown.
Freezes well.
