1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 1/2 cups instant rice
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups water
16 oz tomato sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute until rice is golden.
Add 1/1/2 cup water, 1 1/2 cup water, tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
Cover and bring to a boil. uncover, simmer 10 minutes.
