Glazed Meatloaf Recipe

2 eggs, beaten
3 slices of bread, torn
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cups (6 ozs) shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cups dices onion
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup catsup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Combine eggs, bread, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix in beef, cheese and form into a loaf.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients and spread over loaf. Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
