1 cup dry mustard
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 pint vinegar (thin with water if necessary)
1/2 tsp pepper

Heat water and vinegar separately, add to dry ingredients slowly. MI dry ingredients together.

Roy's Mom, Marjorie, used to make this mustard for all the neighbors at Christmastime. It was a neighborhood favorite.
