1 package of mushrooms, cleaned
1 onion. diced
4 sausages, diced
2 cups of breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Break off stems from mushrooms and dice up the stems. Saute onion in a large pan on stovetop until soft then add the diced mushroom stems and cook a bit then add the diced sausages. Once cooked, add breadcrumbs to pan and cook several minutes until heated through. Place clean mushrooms on a lightly greased baking sheet. Place cooked sausage mixture on top of mushrooms. Layer additional breadcrumbs on top of stuffed mushrooms. Sprinkle some water over the top of breadcrumbs and bake in oven on 350 for about 25 minutes or until mushrooms are soft and top layer is slightly crispy.
