filo pastry
Leerdammer cheese slices (or substitute Swiss or Gouda)
can of tuna, drained (white solid is best)
Creme Fraiche
shredded cheese (choose another type)

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out filo pastry on an oven proof pan
cover with cheese slices
flake tuna and sprinkle on top
add shredded cheese
pour creme fraiche over all

Bake 45 min at 350
