5 tablespoons Olive Oil
3 tabllespoons Butter
3 tablespoons sugar

3 large onions
6 cloves of garlic
(the above two ingredients - you must grind them together - not chop)

3 or 4 cans of mushrooms
4 cans of tomato paste
1-pint Tomato Juice
3 teaspoons Lea & Perrins (Worchestishire)
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
2 lbs lean ground pork
1 lb lean ground veal

No instructions. But, there is a side note. Add 4 tablespoons of red wine before serving if you want. Grandma goes on to say (I don't use it myself)

She also said to brown the onions and garlic in the olive oil butter and sugar.
