1 pkg. shredded hashbrowns
1 c. chopped sm. onion
1 10 oz. cream of chicken soup
1. c. mild cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a 9x12 pan.
 

TOPPING

2 c. crushed corn flakes, crackers or bread crumbs
1/4 c. margarine or butter

Place topping on top of mixture. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes uncovered.
