1 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg
cup herb seasoned stuffing (Like Pepperridge Farms)
cup onion, finely chopped
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce (with cheese IF you can find it.)
1 tsp. salt
tsp. oregano
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, egg, stuffing, onion, ⅓ cup tomato sauce, salt, oregano, and pepper. Mix well and shape into a flat rectangle about 10 x 12 inches on waxed paper. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the meat mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll and press ends together to seal. Place in a shallow baking dish (I use a loaf pan). Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove from oven and drain fat. Pour on remaining tomato sauce and bake for 15 more minutes.
