1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
tsp. marjoram
tsp. thyme
tsp. rosemary
cup ( stick) butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup milk
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for the rice. Stir in cook rice. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Bake in pan of hot water at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
