Combine and boil 12 minutes, stirring constantly:

4 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk

In large bowl mix:

1 bags chocolate chips (12 oz + 6 oz)
lb butter
1 pint marshmallow creme (One 7 oz jar)
2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:

Pour sugar and milk mixture into bowl with other ingredients. Immediately beat with large wooden spoon until cool and smooth. Spread into buttered large pan. Refrigerate an hour or many hours. When ready to cut into squares, leave on counter to warm up for just a bit before cutting.

I prefer to serve/eat this fudge when it is still somewhat cold, but it's good at any temperature! This has been pronounced by many to be the best fudge they've ever eaten. I've made it every year for my family and now my grandsons are the newest fans!
