1 package yellow cake mix
1 (3¼ oz.) lemon-flavored pudding mix
4 eggs
¾ cup water
4 Tbsp. canola oil

FROSTING:
½ pound powdered sugar
½ cup cream cheese
1 small can frozen concentrated orange juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Coat a 10-inch tube pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine all cake ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the frosting. Using a mixer, mix on low until combined. Spread frosting over hot cake. Let cake cool in pan. Serves 10.
