1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 cup mixed red and green bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 8oz. can whole kernel corn, drained or 1 cup fresh corn
1 (8¾ oz) can cream-style corn
½ cup picante sauce
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup baked tortilla chips, crushed
cilantro, chopped

Directions:

In a 10-inch skillet, sautee onion and peppers in butter until tender, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with cumin. Stir in whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, picante sauce and salt. Cook until heated through, stiring occasionally. Stir in chips, cook and stir until thickened. Sprinkle with cilantro.
