1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, softened
1 (3.4 oz) box instant cheesecake pudding, unprepared
1-1/4 cups Vanilla Coffee Creamer
1 pound strawberries, sliced
4 bananas, sliced round
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream cheese with mixer until it becomes smooth. Add dry pudding mix and beat until well combined. With mixer running slowly, add creamer one tablespoon at a time until the mixture becomes smooth and all of the creamer is combined into the cream cheese mixture.
In a large bowl combine strawberries and bananas and lemon juice. Stir until all the fruit is coated with lemon juice. Add the cheesecake mixture to the fruit. Gently fold the mixture into the fruit.
Chill until ready to serve or serve immediately.
