Ingredients:  
4 cups rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 rounded TBS flour
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs
add sugar and salt
Pour over rhubarb
Place between pie crust and sprinkle sugar over crust

Bake for 15 minutes at 400º
Reduce heat to 350º for 45 minutes
