1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
¼ tsp. flavoring
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
Coloring as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and flavoring together. Knead like pie dough. Roll mixture into marble size balls. Place one side in small amount of sugar. Press sugar side down in rubber candy mold. Unmold at once onto waxed paper that has been dusted with sugar. If using mint oil as a flavoring, only use a few drops. May freeze.
