1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup veg. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3½ cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup Rice Krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars together. Mix in egg, oil and vanilla. Beat for several minutes on high until fluffy. Add flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar. Stir in rolled oats, coconut, pecans and Rice Krispies. Roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Press with fork.

Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
