Crust:
½ cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup coconut
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 7x11-inch pan. With a pastry blender, mix the crust brown sugar, butter and flour. Press into pan. In a preheated oven, bake at 375º for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile combine topping brown sugar, eggs, pecans, coconut, butterscotch chips, vanilla, salt and flour. Put over baked crust. Bake at 375º for another 20 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. May serve warm or cold.
