1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup lard
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
3 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the sugars, butter and lard. Add in the eggs and peanut butter and then the vanilla. Sift the flour, baking soda and salt together. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Roll into balls. Place balls on a cookie sheet and press with a fork.

Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
