Crust:
1 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
Topping:
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups sugar
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 cup coconut
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the butter, powdered sugar and flour until crumbly. Pat this mixture down into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Mix together eggs, sugar, lemon juice, coconut, baking powder and salt. Pour over baked crust while still warm and return to oven. Bake at 350 for an additional 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely. Sift powdered sugar over top and cut into squares.
