½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup shortening
2 cups flour
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped
Powdered sugar to roll cookies in
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar together. Add vanilla, flour, salt and nuts. Shape into walnut size balls (don't flatten).

Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Set aside to cool.
