Ingredients:  
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 (10 3/4oz) cans of tomato soup
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped, or 2 tablespoons of sun dried tomato paste
2 cups half and half
2 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
salt and pepper
1(9oz) package cheese filled tortellini
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Garlic with olive oil on medium heat. When garlic is done add tomato soup, tomato paste, half and half, chicken stock, and spices, and bring to a simmer. Once simmering drop tortellini in and cook according to the package. Add cheese when done.
