1 pack eye of round steaks (or thin cut)
1 bell pepper
1 packet Au Jus Gravy mix
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
Directions:
Directions:
Put your steaks to thaw the night before.
The morning of…mix 2 cups of warm water, the pack of Au Jus gravy mix, and cream of mushroom in a crockpot.
Add steak
Cook on low for 8 hours
Just cook rice and sides and serve!
