1 lbs. smoked ham, ground
1 ½ lbs. fresh pork, ground
2 C. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 C. milk
1 ½ C. Brown sugar
½ C. vinegar
1 C. water
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the beaten eggs, milk, crumbs, ground ham and pork well. Shape into small round balls.
Put into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Mix brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard.
Pour over meatballs and bake at 350º in an uncovered dish for 1 ½ hours.
Makes about 32 meatballs
