4 qts. cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 qt. onions, thinly sliced
2 green peppers, chopped
½ C. salt
5 C. brown sugar
1 ½ tsp allspice
1 stick cinnamon
2 T. mustard seed
1 T. celery seed
5 C. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cucumbers, onions, peppers, and salt in bowl. Let sit for 3 hours; rinse and drain well.

In large saucepan mix remaining ingredients, boil for 5 minutes.

Add cucumber mixture to hot syrup and heat to just below boiling.

Fill jars and seal. Makes approximately 3 qts per batch.
