1 box Red Velvet cake mix - eggs, oil and water to make cake
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 egg white

Icing:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9x13 inch pan with Pam. Prepare red velvet cake according to package directions. In a separate bowl, beat together 1 block cream cheese, ½ cup sugar and an egg white. Mix well until smooth - about 3 minutes with an electric mixer. Pour half of the cake mix into the baking dish, spreading out as evenly as possible. Drop all of the cream cheese mixture on top of the cake by spoonfuls; then use spoon to swirl it around slightly. Add rest of the cake batter on top, and spread it out as evenly as possible. Bale cake for about 40 minutes. Allow to cool completely. To make icing, mix softened butter and cream cheese using an electric mixer. Add in powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Then stir in vanilla, and lastly, stir in milk. Mix until smooth and spread onto cooled cake.
