1 T canola oil
12 oz turkey breast
2 C thinly sliced kale
1 C chopped onion
1T fresh thyme
1tsp garlic powder
4 oz pre-sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 C milk
11/2 T flour
3 oz (about 3/4 C) shredded Swiss
Pepper
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil over medium-high heat and add turkey. Brown about 6 minutes or until crumbly. Add kale, onion, thyme, garlic powder, and mushrooms. Cook 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Whisk milk and flour. Add to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add cheese, salt, and pepper. Serve on hamburger buns.
