Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs shrimp
1 stick of butter
2 small onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 – 2 tbs flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté veggies in butter until golden brown. Slowly add flour. Add tomato sauce and stir to incorporate flour. Cook for about an hour or more. You may have to add water from time to time to keep it from burning. You want your sauce to turn brown and taste sweet so the longer you cook the sauce the better tasting it will be. Once you have reached this point add shrimp and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. Season to taste and serve over rice.
