1 large onion, chopped
¼ cup chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic minced
½ bell pepper chopped
2 ribs celery chopped
½ cup butter
1 can cream of celery soup
4 tbs tomato sauce
1 lb crawfish
¼ cup parsley
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
16 little pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Saute veggies in butter until golden brown. Add soup, tomato sauce, parsley and crawfish. Cook slowly for 10 minutes. Turn off heat. Add bread crumbs, egg and seasoning. Then add milk.

Divide mixture among pie shells.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until center is firm.

Tip: Purchase Louisiana crawfish if available. They have more flavor.
