2 gal fresh green snap beans
1 c sugar
1/2 c salt
1 c white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour sugar, salt, and vinegar mixture over beans. Cover beans with water about 1 inch above bean level in the pan.

Pressure cook for 25 minutes with 10 psi setting.

Pack in jars and fill jars with hot juice that the beans have cooked in. Seal at once.

Rinse beans in cold water before cooking if desired.
