Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. (1/8 lb. margarine)
1 small can evaporated milk
3/4 of 7 oz. jar marshmallow
3/4 tsp. salt
Combine and stir over low heat 'til blended.
Bring to boil and boil 5 minutes.

Add these last:
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 large (12 oz.) pkg.semi-sweet choc. pieces
1/2 c. coarsely chopped black walnuts
Off stove and stir in vanilla, chocolate bits and walnuts.
Pour into greased pan.
